Joseph W. Tully
Joseph W. Tully has been a practicing attorney for thirty-two years, and is licensed in Illinois and Arizona. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and estate tax return preparation. Mr. Tully has drafted revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents for over a thousand clients. His clientele include those with small estates which require basic estate planning documents, as well as larger, more complicated estates which involve more advanced estate planning concepts such as family limited partnerships and business succession planning.
He is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property and Probate Section), the State Bar of Arizona (Probate and Trust Committee) and the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Tully received his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University (Chicago), and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School.
Mr. Tully is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics, and makes presentations to professional groups and the general public.
Mr. Tully has office locations throughout the Chicago area, including downtown, O’Hare, Oak Brook and Palatine.
